AlanBONDAlan, passed peacefully in The Chester's Care Home, with his family by his side, on 19th September 2025, aged 90 years.
Devoted husband of the late Val, much loved dad of Nicola and the late Neil, father-in-law of Ian, adored grandad of Matthew and Marianne, great grandad of Thomas and Arthur, and special brother-in-law of Ann. Alan will be dearly missed.
Funeral service to take place on Monday 6th October at St Helen's Church, Belle Vue Bank at 1:45pm, followed by committal at Saltwell Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. A donation box will be available at church with proceeds in Alan's memory being forwarded to The Chesters Care Home.
Following the service, all welcome back to Gateshead Rugby Club, NE9 5UB, to continue sharing memories.
